Women’s Wellness

Nutrition guidance for every stage of a woman’s life.

Nutrition through every stage

Women’s nutrition is not simply men’s nutrition with smaller portions. Iron, calcium, protein and energy needs move through the teens, the working years, pregnancy, postpartum and menopause.

This programme adjusts to whichever stage you are in, and to the reality that most women are cooking for everyone else first.

Everything here is nutrition support that runs alongside your gynaecologist or physician’s advice. It is not a treatment and it does not replace medical care.

Questions

About Weight Loss Diet Plans

Is this treatment for PCOS or thyroid?
No. It is nutrition support that works alongside the treatment your doctor has prescribed. Please continue your medication and reviews as advised.

Yes, with your obstetrician’s clearance. Pregnancy plans focus on adequacy and safety, never on weight loss.

Plans during breastfeeding are built for milk supply and recovery first. Any weight change is gradual and secondary.
Recent reports help a great deal. If you have them, bring them. If not, we start with what we know and add them if your doctor advises.
